Bottle caps with magnetic sheet: Advantages

Customer often make their own bottle cap magnets with extra-strong neodymium magnets (see here). Such magnets feature an impressive adhesive force but are hard to remove from a magnetic surface. And if you get your finger caught in between two of such bottle caps it is very painful.
We show you an application with self-adhesive magnetic sheet and individual insides. Such bottle caps don't have a strong adhesive force, but they can still hold up a postcard on a magnetic board and are not dangerous. Even children can make them.

Material used

Outline the bottle cap with a marker on the magnetic sheet.
Cut out the circle with scissors, remove the protective foil and press the magnetic sheet firmly onto the outside of the bottle cap.
Cut out a circle from a photo or decoration paper and glue it into the inside of the bottle cap. Let it dry and then you can attach it to a magnetic surface.
The adhesive force of the magnetic sheet is sufficient to hold up a card or note on the fridge. If that is not enough, you can glue thin round neodymium magnets (e.g. S-10-01-STIC) on it to make the bottle caps stronger. The adhesive has to dry for a long time (at least 24 hours) while the magnetic sheet can be used on the fridge right away.
